hey #econtwitter i m repeating the thing i did last year. my phd students will be writing a referee report for an assignment. i m looking for a phd student with a paper they d like to receive referee reports for. jmps would be great, but it s not required. some criteria:

removing unvaccinated nurses from hospitals where they can transmit covid-19 to cancer patients who lack functioning immune systems (something that has happened multiple times according to physicians i know) seems like it *should* be an intended goal of the vaccine mandate.
